临床医疗经验：

1983年到1998年在重庆医科大学外科工作，1998年7月到2000年7月为中山大学肿瘤防治中心博士后，2000年以后在中山大学肿瘤医院生物治研究中心工作，2001年4月开设生物治疗专科门诊，2002年6月开设生物治疗病区。擅长黑色素瘤的内科治疗、实体肿瘤的生物治疗和基因治疗。

科学研究经验：

主要从事肿瘤生物治疗的应用基础研究，如肿瘤微环境在实体瘤发展过程中的作用及其干预，主编专著1部，发表研究论文40余篇。

教学工作经验：

承担肿瘤学研究生和进修生的教学工作
