科室特色：常规开展经胸超声心动图，术中经心外膜、经食管超声心动图监测。在心血管介入治疗中监测方面主要进行瓣膜狭窄球囊扩张术;房、室间隔缺损、动脉导管未闭经导管封堵术中监测;肥厚型心肌病化学消融术，外科手术流出道疏通术和大血管疾病主动脉瘤覆膜支架置入术术中监测，另外还开展冠状动脉血流成像及血管内超声监测以及药物负荷超声心动图，组织多普勒心肌同步化超声评估、3D斑点追踪技术等工作。同时大量开展胎儿心脏先天性畸形的超声筛查和诊断工作。The main work includes transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and fetal echocardiography, cardiac surgical operation monitoring, caridovascular interventional theraphy monitoring and coronary intravascular ultrasound monitoring and stress echocardiography. Also carry out coronary flow imaging and intravascular ultrasound monitoring and drug stress echocardiography, myocardial tissue Doppler ultrasound assessment synchronization, 3D speckle tracking technologies work. At the same time ， the senior specialists our Department I own extensive clinical experience and bear a high repution in difficult and complicated cases diagnosis in fetal and adult echocardiogrphy fields.

北京安贞医院为首都医科大学第六临床医学院，安贞医院超声心动图一部承担首医临床医学专业和预防医学专业本科生及首都医科大学国际学院留学生的超声教学工作。超声心动科为博士后流动站、博士和硕士研究生培养点，拥有博士和硕士研究生导师2名。每年培养博士及硕士研究生数名。

我科成为首批医学影像住院医师轮转培训基地，每年接受住院医师轮转数名。并接受来自全国各地大学附属医院和省市级医院的进修医师、基地轮转医师。科室成立超声培训中心，承担国家和北京市继续教育项目，每年举办“超声新技术与新进展”学习培训班。

The Echocardiography Department of Anzhen hospital is characterized with diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, piloting interventional theraphy in cardiovascular treatment.There are 13 members in our department.Director Professor Yang Ya, Chief Physician, doctoral tutoR.Department has four chief physician, deputy director of Physicians two, five physicians, residents 1, a charge nurse. Master's degree or above in which six people.Department possesses more than 11 sets of large-scale color Doppler ultrasound instruments. Beijing Anzhen Hospital is the Capital Medical University Sixth Clinical Medicine Hospital .It assume clinical professional health and preventive medicine undergraduate teaching work. Echocardiogrphy Department is postgraduate student-training base, in possession of several postgraduates tutors and Doctoral tutor. Ultrasound Training Center held by Department, undertakes national and Beijing continuing education programs. The ultrasound new technologies and new progress learning course also runs successfully annually

教学科研:

我科是一支老中青相结合的学术队伍，学术水平在全国位列前矛。学科带头人杨娅教授，博士，博士生导师，主持国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、首都医学发展科研基金等多项科研项目，参与“十二五”国家科技计划项目，负责“教育部心血管转化医学重点实验室建设”等项目。青年医师在学科带头人的带领和指导下，积极进行临床和实验研究，现承担国家自然科学基金委员会资助的青年基金项目、北京市科委资助的项目及北京市自然科学基金委员会资助的项目等多项研究，于SCI源收录杂志及国内核心期刊发表文章多篇。

Research work

Echocardiography Department I in Anzhen Hospital is among the top grade of academy around China. The members devotes themselves to clinical and fundamental research with enthusiasm. Department academic leaders Professor Yang Ya Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, Chief Physician of Capital Medical University, Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Director of the Echocardiography I Department.The main projects undertaken by Department I now includs Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Fund Committee (UGC)-funded project, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission-funded projects and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation Committee-funded a number of research projects and so on.

科室荣誉:

我科医生吴山，副主任医师，自2011年起就参加由中央统战部，北京卫生局，红十字基金会和医师协会组织的“共铸中国心”大型公益活动，代表北京安贞医院前往西藏日喀则和青海玉树藏族自治州、甘南藏族自治州，负责先心病儿童的筛查工作。由于工作出色受到组委会多次表彰，并接受中央电视台，北京电视台专访和报道，并获得“优秀医务志愿者”“公益明星”荣誉称号。

2013年被授予北京市级“北京青年健康使者火炬行动优秀志愿者”称号。

Department honors
