安贞医院外科实验室成立于1984年，创始人是我国著名心外科专家李平教授。二十几年来在历届院领导的重视支持下，在历届科主任李平、孙衍庆、陈英淳、董培青、屈正、郑斯宏等教授的带领下外科实验室从一简单的实验场地，逐渐成为集科研和教学为一体的实验基地。1990年初我院心脏移植课题组在外科实验室进行了大量的动物试验后成功的开展了心脏移植临床工作。嗣后，相继开展肺、肝、肾等大器官移植的动物实验研究，深低温停循环上腔静脉逆行灌注脑保护技术，预防大血管手术中萎陷肺出血方法等均从外科实验室过渡到临床应用。近些年，有关基因心肌血运重建干细胞治疗，国产人工冠状动脉支架与心肌辅助装置等重大项目的研究也先后在实验室完成。外科实验室与国际医学发展同步，研究内容多是国际前沿课题并与临床密切相关，为临床提供了治疗领域的新技术和新方…

多年来，外科实验室承担了首都医科大学及京华医学院几千名医学生的外科总论的教学任务，还为安贞医院的数十名硕/博士研究生提供了完成学位课题的平台。为安贞医院的专家教授完成数十项北京市和国家自然科学基金，北京市科委重点课题，国家863计划，国家十二五科技支撑计划和大动物实验研究。

现在的外科实验室由外科手术室、导管室、小动物实验室、贮备室、更衣室、办公室等组成，基本具备了实验外科教学和研究的条件与环境，为适应我院的教研整体水平跨越式发展的需要外科实验室将竭诚为大家提供最优质的服务。

Brief Introduction of Surgical Laboratory

The surgical laboratory of An Zhen Hospital was established by Professor Li Ping who is the China’s famous heart surgeon in 1984. A simple surgical laboratory has become an experimental base for research and teaching with the support of the previous hospital leaders, and under the guidance of department directors: Li Ping, Sun Yanqing, Chen Yingchun, Dong Peiqing, Qu Zheng, Zheng Sihong and other professors.

At the early 1990s, the heart transplant surgery research group in our hospital carried out a successful heart transplant clinical work following a large number of animal experiments. After that, the animal studies such as large organ transplant of lungs, liver, kidneys were carried out. Technology of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest superior vena cava retrograde cerebral perfusion protection and the method of prevention of major vascular surgery collapsed lung hemorrhage were from the laboratory to clinical surgery application.

In recent years, we have finished major research projects such as stem cell gene therapy of myocardial revascularization, domestic artificial coronary stent and cardiac assist device. The development of Surgical Laboratory synchronizes with the development of international medicine. Studies in Surgical Laboratory major focus on international frontier research topics closely related to the clinic, which provide new technologies and new methods in therapeutic areas.

Over the past years, we undertook the task of teaching General Surgery for thousands of medical students of Beijing Capital Medical University School of Medicine and Jing Hua Medical College. We provided a platform for dozens of graduates to complete their Master / PhD degree. We also helped professors in An Zhen Hospital complete dozens of projects from Beijing and the National Natural Science Foundation of China; the key projects of Beijing Municipal Science and Technology, the 863 National Program, National "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan for Science & Technology Support and the large animal studies.

Now the surgical laboratory contains surgical operating room, conduit room, animal’s laboratory, storage rooms, locker rooms, office rooms and so on.
