首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院心血管内科三A病房是医院根据发展形势需要，从既往心内科三病房独立出来的心律失常专科病房。学科负责人吴永全教授是我国著名的心脏病学专家，主任医师、教授、博士生导师、北京市缓慢性心律失常诊治知名专家团队负责人。现任中国生物医学工程学会心律学分会委员，北京医学会心电生理与起搏分会委员，心律失常联盟-中国常委，北京心律失常联盟副主席，中国心脏联盟晕厥分会副主委，中国医疗保健国际交流促进会心律与心电分会常委，中国医师协会神经调控专业委员会委员，中华中医药学会介入心脏病学专家委员会委员。兼任北京市政协委员，政协北京市西城区第十三届委员会常委，民革北京市市委委员,民革北京市西城区委副主任委员、科教文委主任委员。在国外杂志发表文章30余篇，国内杂志发表论文60余篇，主编及主译学术专著15余部，是多个杂志的编委。1995年和1997年两次获“光华医学奖”，2000年获卫生部科技进步三等奖，2009年获北京市卫生系统“十百千”人才奖，2011年获北京市卫生系统高级别人才“215”项目奖。承担并完成国家十一五攻关，卫生部、教育部、北京市科委等课题。目前承担国家自然科学基金项目一项。

心内科三A病房目前共有医护人员27人，其中主任医师5人、副主任医师2人，博士研究生导师1人，硕士研究生导师3人，副主任护师1人，主管护师9人，7人拥有博士学位或海外留学经历，具备完整的人才培养梯队。科室主要以心律失常疾病诊治为主，包括各类快速性心律失常的消融治疗及缓慢性心律失常的起搏治疗，年消融手术量达1500台以上，起搏器植入手术量达600台以上。

1) 射频消融术：心房颤动、室上速、室性早搏、室速、房速等复杂心律失常射频消融术，包括冷冻球囊消融术、心腔内超声(ICE)指导下的心律失常导管消融、经心外膜导管消融术等;

2) 起搏器植入术：心力衰竭的再同步化治疗(CRT-P/CRT-D)、预防快速性心律失常所致猝死的除颤器(ICD)植入术，病态窦房结综合征、房室传导阻滞等双腔起搏器植入术，达到国际、国内领先水平;

3) 科室开展了预防房颤卒中的左心耳封堵术，希氏束起搏、左束支起搏及无导线起搏植入等新技术，其中希浦系统起搏是最为生理性的起搏技术，能为患者带来更多获益，心内科三A病房是目前国内少数独立开展此项技术的中心之一;

4) 科室专门设置有吴永全教授缓慢心律失常疾病知名专家团队门诊、心律失常门诊、起搏器程控随访门诊等特色门诊，为广大心律失常患者服务，获得广大患者的一致好评。

北京安贞医院心内科三A病房的科研力量雄厚，承担多项国家和省部级课题，发表数十篇SCI论著，培养数十名博士后、博士、硕士。目前在读博士后2名，在读博士3名，在读硕士10名。科室承办五洲国际心血管病会议室性心律失常及起搏高新技术分论坛、安贞医院心律失常及起搏论坛等重要会议。科室目前的主要研究方向包括希浦系统起搏、生物起搏，室性心律失常的研究机制，心房心肌病与房颤、代谢性疾病与房颤等。

Introduction of Department of Cardiology Ward 3A

Ward 3A of the Department of Cardiology in Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University is an arrhythmia specialist ward that is independent from ward 3 in accordance with the needs of the development. Professor Yong-Quan Wu, the head of the discipline, is a distinguished cardiologist in China. He is the chief physician, professor, doctoral tutor, and principal of a well-known expert team in the diagnosis and treatment of bradycardia in Beijing. He is currently a member of the Heart Rhythm Branch of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, a member of Electrophysiology and Pacing Branch of the Beijing Medical Association Cardiac, a member of Arrhythmia Alliance-China Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Beijing Arrhythmia Alliance, Vice Chairman of the Syncope Branch of the China Heart Alliance, amember of standing committee of the Heart Rate and ElectrocardiologyBranch of the China Association of Healthcare International Communication Promotion, a member of the Committee of the Neurological Regulation of the Chinese Medical Doctors Association and a member of the Expert Committee of Interventional Cardiology of the Chinese Academic Association of Chinese Traditional Medicine. He is also a member of the CPPCC Beijing Committee, a Standing Member of the 13th Committee of the CPPCC Beijing Xicheng District, a member of the Beijing Committee of theRevolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, a vice chairman of the Xicheng District of Beijing Committee of theRevolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and a chairman of the Science and Education Committee. He has published more than 30 SCIpapers and a hundred of papers on Chinese core journals, translated 15 academic monographs. He is also the member of the editorial board of several journals. In 1995 and 1997, he was awarded two "Guanghua Medicine Award". In 2000, he won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress from the Ministry of Health. In 2009, he was given the Talent Award of "Ten, Hundred, Thousand Talents Project" by the Beijing Health System. In 2011, he was awarded the “215” Project Award of the High-Level Talent from Beijing Health System. He has completed a range of topics from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission for the national “11th Five-Year Plan”. Currently, he is undertakeing one of the National Natural Science Foundation projects.

Ward 3Ahas employed27medical staff including 5 chief physicians, 2 assistant chief physicians, 1 doctoral tutor, 3 postgraduate tutors, 1 senior nurse and 9 supervisor nurses. Among them, seven peoplehave PhD degrees or overseas study experiences, forming a well-developed training program. This department mainly focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, including ablation treatments for all kinds of tachycardia and pacing treatment for bradycardia. More than 1500 ablation operations are done annually in the department, and the number of pacemaker implantation surgery reaches 600.

1) Radiofrequency ablation: complex arrhythmia radiofrequency ablations for atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, premature ventricular contraction, ventricular tachycardia, atrial tachycardia and etc., which include cryoballoonablation，catheter ablation of arrhythmia via ICE andablation of arrhythmia via epicardial access.

2) Pacemaker implantation:cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)，implantable cardiac defibrillators (ICDs)，double-chamber pacemaker implantations for sick sinus syndrome and atrioventricular blockhave achieved the leading level domestically and internationally.

3) The department has developed new technologies, such as left atrial appendage exclusion procedure for the prevention of stoke caused by atrial fibrillation, His bundle pacing, left bundle branch area pacing and leadless pacing implantation. Among them, the His-Purkinjie system pacing is the most physiological pacing technique in the world, bringing more benefits for patients. Ward 3A is one of a few capable centers in China to perform this surgery independently.

4) In order to serve the majority of patients with arrhythmia, the department has specifically set up an expert team including Professor Yong-Quan Wu for outpatient clinics of bradycardia, and arrhythmias clinic, pacemaker programmability follow-up clinics and etc., which is highly praisedby the patients.

Ward 3A has established a strong foundation on research, undertaken a few national and provincial projects. Dozens of SCI papers are published and dozens of post-doctorates, doctors, and masters are trained within the department.Currently Ward 3A is proud to have 2 postdocs, 3 doctors and 10 masters practicing medicine. The department has also hosted important meetings such as the Ventricular Arrhythmia and High-tech Pacing Forum of Wuzhou International Cardiovascular Diseases and the Arrhythmia and Pacing Forum of Anzhen Hospital. Now the academic focus of the department is mainly on the research of His-Purkinjie system pacing, biological pacing, the mechanism research of ventricular arrhythmia, atrial cardiomyopathy and atrial fibrillation, metabolic diseases and atrial fibrillation, etc.
