详细介绍:广州市儿科研究(儿研所)所隶属于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心,正式成立于2015年6月。儿研所的总体发展按短(3-5年),中(5-10年)、长(10-15年)三期进行建设,其宗旨是以儿童疾病为起点,以转化医学和精准医学为桥梁,开拓对严重的常见病、罕见病、疑难病的预防、诊断、治疗的新策略,新方法,为推动儿童医学的发展贡献一分力量。研究所的目标是建成一个国内最高水平,国际上有一定知名度的儿科医学研究机构,促进广州市妇女儿童医疗中心向研究型医院转型和向国家区域性医疗中心发展。儿研所的运作模式是结合中国国情,按美国NIH的管理模式进行,以PI 领导的独立实验室为基本单位,辅以各种公共科研平台,并以内部基金资助与外部基金申请相结合的方式保障研究经费。目前已组成10个独立实验室,包括行为遗传学、系统生物学、儿童免疫疾病、心血管疾病等。多数PI 从国外招聘而来,包括美国、德国、英国、澳大利亚等。已经建成了6个公共科研平台,包括分子生物学、细胞培养、组织影像学、细胞生物学、蛋白组学、鼠类行为学等。招聘博士后40 多名,与中国科学院两个研究所联合培养博士后近20 名。远期目标将建成一个拥有22-25个独立实验室,总共有350-400个人的中型研究机构。儿研所紧紧抓住儿童医学的研究前沿,致力于转化医学和精准医学的研究,在干细胞生物学及临床应用、3D 打印、罕见病、遗传病、基因治疗、免疫性疾病等方面做出了一定的成绩。与中山大学第三附属医院合作,开展对脑瘫患儿的干细胞治疗,并已获得广州市科创委重大专项资助。与广州迈普生物技术公司合作,开展了临床3D 打印对尿道下裂的临床应用研究;通过院内多科室合作对罕见病和遗传病的研究,找到了近20个可能的致病基因新突变或新致病/危险基因,并正从细胞、模式动物、以及可能的临床试验进行全方位的研究,也获得了广州市科创委重大专项资助;通过院内合作对免疫性疾病及感染性疾病的研究,对IBD 等疾病有了新的认识;通过跟美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校以及法国巴黎Imaging研究所等合作,对多种遗传且难治性疾病正在进行基因治疗等方面的临床研究和临床试验工作,等等。预期在2-3 年内,将会有一批重要成果或专利产生。在科研直接产出方面,成就也比较突出。我们继续三年在全国专科儿科医院中,获得的国自然基金数量最多,发表的SCI 论文数最多。在广州医科大学的二级单位中,我们的国自然基金数量也是最多的。在创新体制的建立、人才培养、区域及国际间的合作等方面,也做出了一定的成绩。同时,我们还建立了临床研究部,设立临床PI 岗位,加强研究型临床医生的培养,开创一个与国际接轨的医、教、研一体化的人才培养体系,为广州市妇女儿童医疗中心成为一个以临床医生为主的真正的研究型医院奠定基础。我们充满信心,深知任重道远。我们坚信,在目前的科技创新立国的大环境下,我们一定能够达到我们的最终目标,为儿童医学的进一步发展,做出自己的贡献。Guangzhou institute of pediatricsGuangzhou medicine and precision medicine。 It has made certain achievements in stem cell biology and clinical application, 3D printing, rare diseases, genetic diseases, gene therapy and immunological diseases.In cooperation with the third affiliated hospital of sun yat-senuniversity, stem cell therapy is carried out for children with cerebral palsy, and has received major special funding from Guangzhou science and technology commission.The study on clinical application of clinical 3D printing to hypospadias was carried out in cooperation with Guangzhou Maipubiotechnology company.Through the cooperation of multiple departments within the hospital to study rare diseases and genetic diseases, nearly 20 possible pathogenic genes with new mutations or new pathogenic/dangerous genes were found, and a comprehensive study was conducted from cells, model animals, and possible clinical trials.New understanding of IBD and other diseases is gained through the research of immunological diseases and infectious diseases through the cooperation in hospitals.Through cooperation with the university of California, San Diego and the Imaging institute in Paris, France, the clinical research and clinical trial work on genetic and refractory diseases are being conducted.It is expected that in two to three years, a number of important achievements or patents will be produced.In the direct output of scientific research, achievements are also relatively outstanding.For the next three years, we have received the largest number of NSFC and the largest number of SCI papers.Among the secondary units of Guangzhou medical university, our national natural fund is the largest.Some achievements have also been made in the establishment of innovation system, personnel training, regional and international cooperation.At the same time, we have also established a clinical research department, set up a clinical PI position, strengthen the training of research clinical doctors, and create
