医疗/科研特长:徐彩霞,女,中山大学干细胞与组织工程专业 博士,现为中山一院转化医学中心副研究员。近年来主要从事干细胞成骨/成软骨分化的调控机制以及骨科遗传病致病基因/蛋白在骨骼发育的作用和机制研究。首次证明MAPK7是青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的致病基因,MAPK7突变可导致间充质干细胞成骨、成软骨分化障碍;阐明了生物活性分子磷脂酰丝氨酸复合材料促进间充质干细胞成骨的效应及机制,相关研究成果发表在Biomaterials,J Pineal Res,Human Mut,Experimental & Molecular Medicine等本领域著名国际期刊,共发表SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金三项(面上2项和青年1项),广东省自然基金,广州市科技计划项目各一项,中大青年教师培育一项,2014年获中山一院优秀人才支持计划,2018年入选中山一院菁英人才计划项目,目前总科研经费188万。研究方向:从事干细胞成骨/成软骨分化的调控机制以及骨科遗传病致病基因/蛋白在骨骼发育的作用和机制研究。主要教育和工作经历:1998年山东医科大学(现山东大学)获学士学位,2001年第一军医大学获硕士学位2005-2008年于中山大学获干细胞与组织工程专业博士学位。2008-2011在华南理工大学材料科学与工程学院任讲师。2012-2013 在美国德州大学西南医学研究中心基因微阵列芯片中心任高级访问学者,2013年回国在中山一院转化医学中心实验室副研究员。社会兼职:广东省人体生物组织工程学会理事,世界骨科协会基础学组委员,国家自然科学基金青年项目评议专家论著(第一#/通讯*):ZhengS , Zhou H , Gao B , Xu C(#)et al.Estrogen promotes the onset and development of idiopathic scoliosis viadisproportionate endochondral ossification of the anterior and posterior columnin a bipedal rat model[J].
