医生简介： 程康安，男，1969年生人 ，副主任医师。专业：心血管内科。教育经历：1987—1992 浙江医科大学临床医学系 本科1995—1999 中国协和医科大学临床医学 博士工作经历：1991--1992 协和医院实习医生1年1992--1995 内科住院医生3年1997 内科总住院医生半年1999 心内科住院医师1年2000--至今心内科做主治医师6年。2004年取得卫生部副主任医师职称2004年10月-2006年2月在美国阿拉巴马大学博明翰分校做博士后工作2006年12－2007年1月在美国阿拉巴马大学博明翰分校做访问学者专业特长：侧重于心律失常（包括房颤、心动过速、心动过缓等）的诊断与治疗，对心力衰竭的同步化治疗亦有研究。师从吴宁教授，在博士生期间完成了“钙在心房颤动的重构中的作用”的博士论文，熟悉大动物（如羊和狗）的在体电生理研究，同时从事临床电生理的工作，完成心动过速的导管消融400－500例，包括室速和房颤的消融，起搏器的置入术100－200例，包括ICD和CRT的置入和程控。2004年－2006年前往美国阿拉巴马大学伯明翰分校的心律失常研究中心从师于Ideker教授，做博士后的工作，完成了“simultaneous epicardial mapping over the LAD artery and anterior papillary muscle with PDA and posterior papillary muscle on ventricular fibrillation in situ swine heart”摘要被2006年heart rhythm的会议接受；还完成了“3-Dimensions Mapping of the Left Ventricular Anterior Papillary Muscle on Ventricular Fibrillation in Vivo Swine Heart ”的研究；以及“transmural and endocardial purkinje activation in pigs preceding local myocardial activation after defibrillation shocks” 的研究，已被“heart rhythm”杂志接受。2006年12－2007年1月再次前往同一个实验室做访问学者，做了“relation between a floating microelectrode recording during long ventricular fibrillation and the epicardial spread of activation around the electrode”的研究。
