病理科简介
广州市妇女儿童中心病理科于2008年由广州市儿童医院、广州市妇婴医院和广州市妇幼保健院的病理科合并而成，目前承担三个院区的病理诊断工作，科室有正式职工19人，医师11人，技师8人，其中主任医师3人，副主任医师4人，博士研究生学历5人。根据医院需求，经过几代妇幼病理人的努力，已形成了以儿科、妇产科为主的专科病理特色。病理科医疗检测项目较为齐全，包括常规活体组织及手术标本检查、以薄层液基细胞学为主的细胞学检查、术中冷冻快速诊断、特殊染色、免疫组织或细胞化学检测、荧光原位分子杂交、尸体解剖、外院疑难病理会诊等。据2017年数据其中活检组织及手术标本接近3万例，细胞学检测接近2万五千例。积极参加院内多学科临床病理讨论会、院内外会诊、生物样本库等工作。在儿科、细胞学、胎盘病理诊断方面较有特色，多次在全国病理会议上进行大会发言，交流经验。在科教工作方面，科室成员部分担任了中华医学会病理学会、广东省医学会病理分会、广州市病理学会的委员职务。近年发表SCI和国内核心期刊文章十余篇，主持多项科研课题包括广东省市级科研课题和国家自然科学基金。在此基础上逐步形成了乳腺癌、卵巢癌、神经母细胞瘤和儿童神经系统肿瘤的研究方向。承担了进修生和轮转规培生的带教工作。为适应医院发展需要，我科将继续扩充人才队伍、优化人才结构，坚持医疗和科研两手抓两手都要硬的方针，力争为临床和患者提供最优质的服务，为创建省级及国家级重点专科不懈努力。Introduction to pathology department of Guangzhou women and children's Medical Center （2018 Edition）The Pathological Department of Guangzhou Women and Children's Center was merged with the Department of Pathology of Guangzhou Children's Hospital， Guangzhou Maternal and Child Hospital and Guangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital in 2008。 At present， it undertakes the pathological diagnosis of three hospital districts。 There are 19 formal staff， 11 doctors and 8 technicians in the department， including 3 chief physicians and 4 deputy chief physicians with 5 doctoral degree。 According to the needs of the hospital， through the efforts of pathologists of several generations， has formed a pediatric， obstetrics and gynecology-based pathological characteristics。Medical examination items in pathology department are relatively complete， including routine biopsy and surgical specimen examination， thin-layer liquid-based cytology based cytology examination， intraoperative rapid freezing diagnosis， special staining， immunohistochemical or cytochemical detection， fluorescence in situ hybridization， autopsy， difficult pathological consultation in other hospitals， etc。 According to 2017 data， biopsy tissue and surgical specimens were close to 30，000， and cytological tests were close to 25，000。 Actively participate in multidisciplinary clinicopathological symposium， consultation at home and abroad， biologic database and so on。 In pediatrics， cytology， placenta pathology， the diagnosis are more distinctive， and gave speech and share of experience many times in the national pathological conference 。In terms of scientific and educational work， part of the Department staff participated in the posts of members of the Pathological Society of the Chinese Medical Association， the Pathological Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association and the Guangzhou Pathological Society。 In recent years， more than ten articles have been published in SCI and domestic core journals， holding many scientific research projects， including the municipal scientific research projects in Guangdong Province and the National Natural Science Foundation of China。 On this basis， the research direction of breast cancer， ovarian cancer， neuroblastoma and nervous system tumor in children has been gradually formed。 The teaching work of the advanced student and the rotation student were undertaked。In order to meet the needs of hospital development， our department will continue to expand and optimize personnel adhere to the principle of medical and scientific research development。 We will strive to provide the best service for clinical and patients， and make unremitting efforts to create provincial and national key specialties。
