临床营养科简介

科室人员构成:营养医生7名,营养技师4名,营养护士1名。主任医师1名,副主任医师1名,主治医师3名,住院医2名,主管营养师1名,营养师3名,主管护师1名。博士生1名,硕士4名,大学生4名。床位情况:我们的负责范围是全院的1500张床位。诊疗范围:营养会诊(重症和非重症),营养门诊,营养制剂的制作,为病人开个体化的营养处方。我们还负责住院病人的营养宣教、社区宣传,还有医学院校学生的继续教育。诊疗效果:我们的工作主要分为两大部分,第一是全院营养会诊,这是我们工作的重点。营养支持是住院病人的治疗手段之一,合理的营养支持可以明显地促进病人康复,缩短住院天数,减少并发症和死亡率。一年内我们会诊1000多例病人,我们的会诊与其他科室不同,每一个会诊病人我们都会对他(她)的病情全面了解,与主管医生沟通,制定近期及远期营养支持方案…

科室特色:我们临床营养的主要特点是针对全院的住院病人,特别是重症患者进行营养支持。采用肠内肠外、口服营养制剂和治疗饮食的方法达到治疗效果,这种方法与国际上先进国家的综合治疗方法接近。营养门诊:前来咨询营养的病人我们先要做饮食调查,同时做有人体成分分析仪,这个仪器可以非常清晰地显示检查者的肥胖部位,这对心血管、糖尿病的综合治疗有非常重要的意义。We support mainly clinical nutrition for in-patients, especially in patients with severe nutritional support. We use enteral or parenteral formulations and oral nutritional diet to achieve therapeutic effect. This approach and comprehensive treatment is close to the international advanced countries.Nutrition clinic: Firstly we do diet nutrition survey, and let him to do a body composition analyzing. This instrument can very clearly show the fat part of the examiner, which is very important for the comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular, diabetes significance.

诊疗效果:我们的工作主要分为两大部分,第一是全院营养会诊,这是我们工作的重点。营养支持是住院病人的治疗手段之一,合理的营养支持可以明显地促进病人康复,缩短住院天数,减少并发症和死亡率。一年内我们会诊1000多例病人,我们的会诊与其他科室不同,每一个会诊病人我们都会对他(她)的病情全面了解,与主管医生沟通,制定近期及远期营养支持方案,每隔1-3天营养医生和营养师就会到病人床前再去了解情况,再进行营养调整,直到病人出院。第二是开展营养门诊,每天上午我们有营养医生和营养师看门诊,主要针对的各种慢病,如高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症、冠心病、脑卒中,另外还有肥胖病人、肿瘤病人及孕妇等前来就诊。病人在我们这里了解了许多养生知识,解开了一个有一个误区,配合药物治疗,达到了又治标又治本的效果。

手术情况:我们为心外手术前后保驾护航。术前进行营养筛查,发现有营养不良的病人给与营养支持,这样降低手术的风险。术后对于伤口愈合不良的病人积极地指导病人饮食,促进病人早日康复出院。

团队建设:我们临床营养科从2011年8月1日正式成立,我们从无到有,现在已经形成了12个人的团队,我们的行动宗旨是追求卓越,良好沟通,团结合作,我们科室非常重视学术,基础理论扎实,科研思路清晰,我们标准国内最先进的临床营养科室,向他们学习,同时紧跟国际形势,了解国外的最新信息。在三甲医院检查中受到北京市卫生局临床营养质控中心检查组的表扬。

Department personnel composition: Nutrition Doctor 7, nutrition technician 4, a nutrition nurse. A chief physician, a deputy chief physician, physician 3, residency 2, a competent nutritionist, dietitian 3, a charge nurse. PhD 1, master 4, college 4.

Beds situation: Our range is in charge of 1,500 beds in the hospital.

The range of diagnosis and treatment: Nutrition consultation (severe and non-severe), nutrition clinic, making nutritional preparations, personalized nutrition prescription for every patient. We are also responsible for nutrition education of the inpatients, community propaganda, and continuing education of students in medical colleges.

Treatment effect: Our work is divided into two parts, The first is nutrition consultation in the hospital, which is the focus of our work. Nutritional support is one of inpatient treatments. Rational nutrition support can significantly improve patient recovery and shorter hospital stay, reduce complications and mortality. Within one year we consult over 1000 cases of patients. With the difference from other departments, we will have a comprehensive understanding of the disease, communicate with the chief doctor and develop short and long term nutritional support programs. At intervals of every one to three days nutrition doctors and nutritionists will go to see the patient to understand the clinical situation, then adjust nutrition programs until the patient is discharged. The second is to carry out nutrition clinic. In every morning nutrition doctors and nutritionists we treat outpatients mainly of various chronic diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, stroke, obese patients, cancer patients and pregnant women. Patients would understand a lot of health knowledge and solve misunderstanding. With drug treatment, they would achieve temporary and permanent cured results.

Surgical situation: We escort after cardiac surgery. We had the preoperative nutritional screening. Once we found that malnourished patients, we would give nutritional support, which reduced the risk of surgery. We actively guided the diet of patients after surgery with poor wound healing, and promoted early recovery of the patient.

Team Building: When the Clinical Nutrition Division established on August 1 2011, we have nothing. Now we have formed a team of 12 people. Our action aim is the pursuit of excellence, good communication, unity and cooperation. We pay more attention to the department academic. We have a solid theoretical foundation and clearly research thought. We are learning from the most advanced standard clinical nutrition department, while keeping with the international situation and understanding the latest information from abroad. We are praised by inspection checking team of the Beijing quality control center in three class A hospitals’ checks.
